Privacy policy

TriGames ("the app") is operated by [legal name and address of the operator] ("we"). This policy explains what data the app and newgames.etrabase.com process.

1. On your device

Your progress, stars and settings are stored on your device. You never create an account with us.

2. Progress sync with Game Center / Google Play Games

If your phone is signed in to Apple Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android), the app uses that game account to keep your levels on all your devices. Our server then stores:

To make sure nobody else can read or change your progress, the app sends a one-time proof from Apple or Google, which our server checks with them. We use this data only to restore your levels (legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our server temporarily processes your IP address to protect against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). IP addresses are not stored in the database.

You can delete your synced data at any time in the app under Settings → Delete my saved progress from the server.

3. Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). In the EU, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Google may process device identifiers, IP address and ad interaction data. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services. If you buy "Remove ads", no ads are requested at all.

4. In-app purchase

"Remove ads" is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They process the payment. We never see your payment details.

5. Hosting

The server runs in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). Data is not sold or shared with anyone else.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: [contact e-mail].

7. Children

The app is suitable for all ages. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. The only identifiers are the anonymous game-account ID and the game nickname.
